1. Understanding the Artwork
This piece shows a heart made of blue butterflies.
A pink butterfly sits on it.
Two others are flying away.
At first, they look different — colors, positions, movement.
But they are all butterflies.
The heart represents unity.
The colors represent difference.
The message is simple:
We may look different, but we belong to the same kind.
“I Know Mine” means understanding that connection —
not by appearance, but by truth.
2. Story Behind the Artwork
This idea came from a simple but uncomfortable thought.
We fight over religion, borders, and identity.
Humans hate humans. Humans kill humans.
And then I saw something different.
In a garden, butterflies were flying together —
touching, moving, almost like they were greeting each other.
No division. No labels. No conflict.
Just coexistence.
That moment stayed with me.
And this artwork came from that contrast —
what we are, and what we could be.
3. Concept Behind the Artwork
Just as butterflies come in different colors, yet fly together,
we may look different — Asian, African, European, American —
but we belong to the same species.- HUMANS
Still, we fight.
Over religion. Over borders. Over identity.
Humans hating humans. Humans killing humans.
Then I saw something else.
In a garden, butterflies were flying together —
touching, moving freely, without division.
That moment stayed with me.
If they can exist together so naturally,
why can’t we?
“I Know Mine” means recognizing that we belong to the same kind —
and choosing connection over division.
History has always been shaped by people who understood this.
Rosa Parks — dignity beyond imposed divisions.
Malala Yousafzai — a voice without boundaries.
Mahatma Gandhi — unity through non-violence.
Nelson Mandela — uniting a divided society.
Martin Luther King Jr. — equality beyond race.
They didn’t see the world in fragments.
They saw connection.
And that’s what this artwork reflects — not just identity, but understanding.
